Who is responsible

Crane Tech, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Engage Dynamics” or “EDY”), based in Mexico City, is responsible for the personal data you share through this site. Contact: hazael@engagedynamics.com.

What we collect

Your name, work email, company, role and whatever you write in our forms. In the “AI or not?” tool, your answers and your email only if you choose to send them. We don't collect sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

To answer your request, schedule meetings, prepare and send proposals, and follow up commercially. Secondarily, to send you EDY articles or news; you can opt out at any time by writing to hazael@engagedynamics.com.

Who processes it for us

The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), and meetings are booked through Koalendar; both process the data on our behalf. We don't sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by writing to hazael@engagedynamics.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a copy of an ID. We reply within the terms set by Mexican law.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.

We'll publish any change to this notice on this page. The Spanish version is the one that governs.
